Access Rating

Rating Rights
– Access to the right the same as a citizen.
 – Access to the right partually available.
 – No access to the right.
A simple three level rating system has been developed to rate the access to rights in the Netherlands. The rating compares the access and rights of a citizen in the Netherlands to the undocumented. So for example the right may exist but practically it is difficult to access the right; then we would rate the access to right as partial.
